Rain in the desert

The reign of dry sand
Encompasses the life
Drying, withering but
With a hope to thrive
The scorching sun
Glares and pulverize
Pang of heat stirs up
The urge to survive
A little hope to the
Clouds floating by
Eyes in search of calm
Behold the grey sky
And when tiny drops
Fall on parched earth
The peacocks dance
Intoxicated in mirth
Wren sings in melody
As the buds unfurl
Frogs hop around
While butterflies whirl
Carpet of wild flowers
And greenery all around
This change in air
With the rain’s sound
A seedling stretch
Greeting the world
Leaves glisten with
Droplets as pearl
Rainbow soothes
The sky and hearts
Shimmers of beauty
While the sadness departs

At the daybreak...

Darkness by degrees blending in

With the strokes of crimson bright

A sovereign of bliss rushes through

Surmounting the cold of night

A new world unfolds astoundingly

Realm of peace and fragrant delight

Heavenly splendor warms my heart

While the whimsical merge in infinite

Nature’s symphony soothes the soul

Splash of happiness enthrall and collide

A beam of endearment passes through

As the cosmos gyrate and reunite

Dark clouds...

Dark clouds invading the sky

Cold breeze rushes through

I’m looking out of the window

Wondering why feeling so blue?

Heart beating restlessly

Pondering on each mistake

Why there’s no peace within

Can’t comprehend this ache

A teardrop fell from my eyes

Why sometime I feel this way?

Shh...I try to calm my mind

This storm will pass anyway

Open your eyes look at me
See that light, hold my hand
Why you look weary?
Why you look sad?
Just come with me
We will cross the land
Let them say what they want
Leave the trail of colors behind
The darkness will be invaded soon
My sunset will guide you to sunrise
We will lit the dark alleys
You just put on back that smile
Pass on your worries to me
While I behold the hues of twilight
They don’t know who you are
Let them judge, let them think
I know your beautiful heart
Glimpse of innocence when they blink
Talk to me with your soul
While fire flies flicker around
Remember, you’re not alone as
At horizon sky meets the ground

A dream blooms....

My father gifted me a little plant
He told me to take care with
Love as it’s quite scant.
When I touched its little leaves
I felt like I forgot all grieves
I ran quickly to my sweet garden
Planted the plant in the soil
Less hardened
Now my life was changed a lot
Most of the day I used to adore
Adore the beauty how it was growing
Those lovely leaves were just mind blowing
But one thing was still there
That made me curious
I wanted to see the flowers
And my wish was so serious
Days after days passed away
I was thinking why so delay
Why the flowers are still not there
I was in little despair
No butterflies
No fragrance
No little wasps
No bee’s dance
I was ignoring the other plant’s beauty
They were smiling & greeting like it’s their duty
But my dear plant was bearing no flower
After some days of nature’s shower
I saw something on my sweet plant
Oh!! wow, what’s the next plan
Looking closely is there the little bud
The excitement started flowing in my blood
And finally the great day came
Now nature can’t be blame
I saw the beautiful Hibiscus flower
And can’t stopped looking at it for hours
I touched it soft petals
They were more precious than those metals
I was so happy as the flower bloomed
My garden was filled with sweet perfume
Now the butterflies could also be invited
Enjoying the bee’s dance I was delighted
The wasps too seemed excited
I feel like whole universe united.

Amidst the drizzling my heart is

Looking for the twilight hues

Tiny droplets resting on my

Eyelashes as I capture the view

Soft petals of a blooming

Flower bestows the love around

The rippling bliss in my heart

Sings with the melodious sound

Persistence of thoughts with the

Light glows my heart and soul

The fragrance of love has wrapped me

While erasing all sorrow that sores

The rainbow of my sky beaming,

Piercing through the dark clouds

My soul dances with the symphony

Rejoicing the beauty emanates around

Feel this world’s essence,

Listen to those unheard stories

Buried underneath pointless glory

Just for once, laugh.....

Laugh on your own failure

Just for once, let go.....

Let go the grudges you’ve been harboring

Thoughts that have been pestering

Just for once, share.......

Share the love you always had in your heart

Because one day this soul will depart

Just for once.....

Only just for once.....

Don’t take things for granted

Time is limited on this planet

Look into your loved ones eyes

Without a reason hug them tight......

She was smiling while looking at me

I was standing with astonishment

How can she smile like this?

When my heart is full of disappointments

I asked with my questioning eyes

She scoffed, leaving me in daze

I wondered what’s in her mind

When my heart is so ablaze

She said nothing is permanent

You need to see beyond confined

Sometimes you’re just so obnoxious

Learn to forgive yourself and smile

I said you’re just an image in the mirror

It’s easy for you to talk, easy to advice

But let me tell you one thing

It’s really difficult to ignore what you despise

She said, maybe I’m just a reflection of yours

But, it’s just me who can judge you better

You need to understand first yourself

World is something to comprehend later

I looked at her and thought for a while

Indeed a talk in solitude is worth of time
