Footprints of the weary....

Lamp is flickering at distant while the flute echoes
Weary traveler, your destination seems quite close
Don’t be despondent as the time will pass anyway
This barren land will eventually be a garden one day
Freezing wind will be warm singing songs in your praise
Lost traveler, river will guide you to the path of grace

You may be all alone but the seraphic light surrounds you
Stop seeking elsewhere as divinity resides in the heart, in you
Why you weep in silence, why so distraught and confused?
Why enduring the extrinsic pain, for once ponder in solitude
For an instance, take a look back how far you’ve come
Live some moments freely, and the let the fear overcome

See how beautiful this life is, how fortunate you are
To witness the beauty and the glory of glistening stars
Leave behind the footprints of your wonderful journey
Let them narrate your story, let them inspire the weary
Petals treasured in old books will spread the fragrance
Come out of the shadows, with lit heart’s diligence
