Please tell me a story....

Mom, please tell me a story
A story where fairies live
Love blooms and mind can forgive

The story of little dwarfs
Living in small cottage
That unknown place of my knowledge

Where butterflies can talk to me
Like those old days
Mamma!! Tell me that different story

The story of the land of rainbows
The place where cuckoo’s voice echo
Where there is no fear, no tear

Just like old days before going to sleep
The way you narrated those stories to me
Simple and sweet

Once again I want to visit
That my own little world
Without any theory or crossword

Far away from
Theory of evolution
Or law of gravitation

Joyful, beautiful
The land of happiness
That can fill my heart’s emptiness

The story which can make me sing
My hairs dance as I enjoy the swing
The limitless sky where I can fly

Just like old days
In that same way
Mamma!! Please tell me a story
