Before I lose the glimpse
of distant horizon
and all the thoughts
tumble down
let me touch the sky
with my eyes
and paint the dreams
all over it

on a rough path
like this
bare-feet
I'm walking
in search
of something
something
that has no name
no form
and I wonder
if it even exists

Dusky Sky

 

beholding
the dusky sky
how it falls
into the lap of night
slowly
steadily
with those
slumberous eyes

Like a butterfly . . .

 As if a butterfly has landed 

softly on water

 causing ripples and

a subtle shift of thoughts 

the way your world 

merged into mine 

through the time 

connecting the dots

ocean waves
watching the thoughts
come and go

 

heavy heart-
leaves fall
one by one

 

footprints
I find myself here
back again

 

starry sky
connecting the dots
between us

 

rustling leaves
perhaps wind knows
my name

 

summer dream
the tooth fairy I used
to believe in

 

cherry blossoms
a reason fair enough
to leave shadows

 

spring rain untie knots within a rainbow the shadow reflects

 

a swan's flight
the shape of sky
in the water

 

this eerie silence
the pigeons on wire
facing each other

 

social distancing
a squirrel knocks
on the window

her hair
braided with stars
realigning with life
a thought
shapes the galaxy

 

a long night
I travel back
with
the map
of constellation

A beginning. . .

soft glow of dawn
etched in eyes
her hair braided
with stars

re-aligning with life
chirping birds
under the feet
dewy green grass

building bridges between
the re-constructed reality
distorted, uprooted
in the past

a thought
shapes the galaxy
once again
a journey to start !
